Parents are also required to complete the UHS Scholarship and Financial Aid Application Form for our Finance Office. Families that would like to apply for both Financial Aid and Scholarships need only fill out one FAIR form and one Application.

All completed applications will be considered for financial awards. If you have any questions, please call the Ursuline Finance Office at (707) 524-1130 x117.
