There are many ways to learn more about Ursuline’s outstanding programs and community.
We encourage prospective students and parents to explore one or all of these options.
Parent Visitation Days — By appointment
Parent Visitation Days give parents (and students too) the opportunity to spend time on our campus. Families will meet teachers, tour classrooms and our campus, and receive answers to questions. To RSVP, please email admissionsoffice@ursulinehs.org or call 707-524-1133.
Campus Tours - Personal tours are provided year round for students and their families . To arrange a tour reservation time, please email admissionsoffice@ursulinehs.org or call 707-524-1133.
Student Shadowing
Spend a day with an Ursuline student, shadowing her and attending her classes. Experience student life, and see Ursuline’s campus in its entirety. To arrange a Shadow Day, please contact the Admissions Office at 707-524-1133 or email admissionsoffice@ursulinehs.org.
Ursuline Activities Throughout the Year — See our athletic teams in action during fall, winter and spring seasons,and enjoy Ursuline’s Visual and Performing Arts productions year round. Signing up for a summer camp is also a great way to meet girls and experience the Ursuline campus. Check Ursuline’s website for more details at www.ursulinehs.org.

We are still accepting Admissions applications for the 2009-2010 school year. Transfers welcomed.

Take Placement Test
By appointment during the summer
All incoming Grade 9 and 10 students are required to take the Placement Test. Test results help
Ursuline counselors create a personalized education plan for each student. To reserve a space,
call 707-524-1133 or email admissionsoffice@ursulinehs.org. Snack and water provided.
Fee $150. This fee covers the Placement Test and Admissions costs.
Tuition Assistance Application
Students can apply anytime during the year for tuition assistance consideration. Please complete and
submit the Financial Aid Independent Review (FAIR) application. School code is 300 and password is
CNUHS300. Apply online at www.ursulinehs.org. Cost is $25.
Attend Personal Interview
The Admissions Department will contact prospective families and students to schedule a
convenient interview time after all Admissions application documents have been completed and received.
