Prospective Students

Steps to Admissions

How do I apply?

There are eight key steps when applying to Ursuline:

  • Take the placement test (this is not an entrance exam, this is a tool we use to determine the best class schedule for you.)
  • Send in a copy of your most recent 2 years of report cards. (These do not have to be official copies from your school, you can just send copies from the report cards you have at home)
  • Complete the Application (all applications need to be submitted online)
  • Give Letters of Recommendation to your teachers
  •     English Letter of Recommendation

        Math Letter of Recommendation

        Religion Letter of Recommendation

  • Hand in any Financial Aid paperwork (guidelines and information can be found online)
  • Send in your immunization records
  • Send in a photo of yourself
  • Attend a “Get to Know You” interview (once you’ve completed all of the above, you will get a letter stating that your application is complete and you can then set an interview time)

  • If you have any questions about these steps, please email our
Director of Admissions, Giulia Zunino, or call her at 707-524-1133.
