Be an Ursuline Girl

Deciding to become an Ursuline student is an exciting and celebratory moment—congratulations and we welcome you! Our Admissions goal is to provide each family and student personal attention and support throughout the Admissions process. The Admissions Process

Step 1: Apply online
Complete and submit the Admissions application by Monday, January 11, 2011 for priority consideration. The application fee is $75 and $100 after January 11th. Our online application reduces paper and allows us to process your application quickly. This process is user friendly and allows you as the applicant to complete the application at any hour during the day. Click on the online application link here, establish a user name and password, and then complete the application. Please call Admissions if you need help.

Step 2: Placement Test—Reserve a Space
Please contact the Admissions Department to schedule a convenient time. Ursuline administers the Scholastic Testing Service (STS) Placement Test.

Test results assist Ursuline counselors in assessing student academic abilities and in creating a personalized education plan for each student. All incoming 8th graders and 9th grade transfer students must complete this test. To register, Click Here or call 707-524-1133. The testing fee is $25 and is payable on the testing day. Step 4: Attend Admissions Interview
A convenient 45 minute interview time will be scheduled with prospective families after the student has taken the Placement Test and all Admissions documents have been completed and received. The student’s parent(s) and the student herself come to the interview and participate. A school counselor or a senior faculty member will host the interview. During the interview the student’s application, admissions documents and Placement Test results will be discussed as well as course selection for the upcoming year. This interview time is a wonderful opportunity to get to know one another and to answer any questions you may have.
