At Ursuline, music is center stage in the Visual and Performing Arts Department offering a variety of music classes and “beyond the classroom” activities for students to express their musical talents and to learn new ones. All classes are coed and are taught on either the Ursuline or Cardinal Newman campus. Music classes are considered electives and most (or all?) meet the UC and CSU Visual and Performing Arts requirement.
